Couture Makeup – Level 2 (Advanced) It is recommended that you are a working makeup artist or have taken a Level 1 seminar prior to attending.
Haute couture is the epitome of glamour, the apex of refined luxury, and an arena for creative expression. During this seminar, Roque Cozzette will discuss the nature of this rarified atmosphere by tuning you into the wants, needs and expectations of the high-fashion set. You will learn to identify the differences between European couture and ready-to-wear and create makeup looks to complement and amplify the most avant garde collections.
The specific skills Cozzette covers during this class include inspiration and design, product selection, tools, skin enhancement, facial contour and sculpting,
use of iridescent pigments, how to lay glitter, use of face tapes, and eyebrow blocking. You will also learn about Cozzette’s Divinity Collection brushes and proper brush techniques.
This 7 hour, hands-on class will wrap with a question and answer session.
